Four plans, and what each one really covers
Prices per month, VAT included. No joining fee. Twelve months minimum term, then one month at a time with four weeks notice. The childcare hours are part of the price, not an extra.

What is included
- Everything in the Adult plan, twice over
- Two children's places: gymnastics, ball school, kids athletics or teen training
- Childcare for children aged 1 to 5, 2 hours per visit
- Book an adult class and the parallel kids session in one step

Teen 12–17

Young people aged 12 to 17, signed by a parent or guardian
What is included
- Teen Training three evenings a week
- Training floor use from 15:00, supervised by a coach
- Technique introduction before any free weights
Kids gymnastics 4–7

Children aged 4 to 7, without an adult membership
What is included
- One gymnastics session per week, 60 minutes
- Groups of no more than 14 children with two coaches
- Free trial session before you sign anything

Terms
The small print, in normal words
Minimum term
Twelve months from the start date, then it continues one month at a time. Four weeks notice to the end of a month, in writing or by email.
Pausing
Up to eight weeks a year free of charge with a doctor's note, and the term is extended by the same number of weeks.
Children's places
A child's place is held for the school year. If your child stops enjoying it, tell us and we end that part without ending your own membership.
Signing for a minor
Everyone under 18 is signed up by a parent or guardian, who signs in person at reception. We do not accept a membership submitted by a young person alone.
Trial
Come and look first
A free trial session, no card details, no phone campaign afterwards. Tell us roughly when you can come and whether you need childcare for that hour.
